I specialize in working with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including mood-related problems, sleep problems, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, addiction to substances, and trauma. My goal is to help you find understanding and support as you work through these struggles. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion through active listening, validation, and understanding.
