Introduction

Using a collaborative process, I work to empower clients to identify and make meaningful shifts that they want in their lives. In my clinical experience I have found that therapy works best when there is a strong and authentic therapeutic relationship. With a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe to explore and better understand their internal experience, process thoughts and identify unhelpful patterns and behaviors that may be hindering personal growth and overall happiness. I am a graduate of Columbia University in New York where I earned my Master’s in Social Work and am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My practice is built on the belief that each and every person deserves support and a safe space to work towards their most fulfilled and happy self. I am an out-of-network service provider and can provide you with the necessary documentation and claim forms to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.
