I believe that therapy is like building a tool box, your therapist helps you learn how to use all the tools you have in your box and encourages you to use them properly. The toolbox you build is one you can always keep with you and utilize whenever you need it. I work with kids, teens, and young adults. I specialize in play therapy, DBT, and Mindfulness.
