My current practice is focused on helping the helpers. I enjoy working with a large range of human service professionals and caregivers from therapists to parents to teachers to first responders, nurses, and doctors to hairdressers. Those who are on their feet providing for others are my cup of tea. Burn out, secondary trauma, and re-aligning purpose are some of my specialties. I would love to create space where you can process, grow, and replenish your passion. Since 2012, I have worked in a variety of settings including residential care for youth sex offenders, partial hospitalization with teenagers, non-profit work with adults managing severe mental illness, and in two school districts coordinating and providing mental health services for students and their families while supervising the other providers. I look forward to taking my expertise from an abundance of spaces and meeting you in yours.
