Anxiety, depression, and worry can lead to isolation and hopelessness. But, worry no more! Life can get better. My approach is caring, holistic, knowledgeable, motivational, and direct. We will work together to find strategies to help you live a happier, more balanced life. I treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. Let's find out what's underneath the disorder to get you back to wholeness. I see clients who are 21 and older. At this time, I am doing Telehealth and in-person sessions. By encouraging you to heal past issues and employ new coping strategies, you will feel more empowered. I employ the use of natural strategies for healing alongside psychotherapy. I love to work with Adults and Couples to help encourage fresh insight and approaches to solving problems. I also provide Spiritual Counseling upon request and I promote, teach, and provide referrals for natural healing practices. I teach meditation, breathwork, EFT, and inspired innovative approaches.
