I am a compassionate, engaged, and relationship-driven psychotherapist that specializes in eating disorder care for both minors and adults. In my practice, I draw from psychodynamic principles while also incorporate cognitive behavioral interventions, client centered approaches, and existential concepts to support a person's overall complete healing and growth. I strongly believe in the importance of the client-therapist relationship to support the resolution of past conflict and use a compassionate and encouraging emphasis on the present to support real changes. My goal is to help bring what is out of awareness into awareness with a tone that is curious, self-compassionate and forgiving. Therapy is an unfolding process in a trusting relationship that can lead to hope and a drive to persevere.
