Introduction

In life, we often face challenging situations that can harm our self-confidence, self-worth, and sense of identity. My goal is to provide support in navigating these challenging times and help you rediscover your strengths and sense of self. I will assist you in recognizing and understanding the origins of harmful beliefs about yourself and the world. Moreover, I can guide you in deeper self-exploration, developing healthy relationship skills, confidently communicating, and setting appropriate boundaries to promote better self-care and life satisfaction. I specialize in treating teenagers and adults who struggle with a variety of issues, such as low self-confidence, anxiety, depression, trauma or abuse, relationship problems, and adjusting to life changes. My therapy techniques are drawn from a range of therapeutic approaches, including attachment theory, CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. We will confront those difficult emotions directly. Together, we will enhance your self-assurance to communicate more effectively and assertively express your needs and desires to others, while also recognizing your values and strengths. With this increased confidence, you will be unbeatable in accomplishing your objectives.
