Alison holds a Master's degree in Community Clinical Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. As a psychotherapist, she strives to find answers to the question: "What is the best way to support clients?" She was trained in various approaches, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness, Ericksonian hypnosis, and strength-based approaches to trauma recovery. She is open-minded, compassionate, and genuine. She enjoys working with clients who come from diverse backgrounds. She has extensive work experiences in working with clients who have different psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Her goal is to empower the client and let them be in charge of their own destiny.
