Introduction

I am an experience psychodynamic therapist who is dedicated to serving individuals in private psychotherapy, primarily focusing on trauma, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, familial dynamics and life transitions. My goal as a therapist is to create a space filled with acceptance, safety and non judgment for my clients to freely discuss their experiences both outside in the world, and within themselves. I am determined to be an integral part of my clients’ journey, so that they can fully embrace themselves and their lives with newfound hope, meaning and appreciation.
