Introduction

If you are struggling personally, with your relationships, experiencing a life transition, tired of enduring uncomfortable and painful emotions, finding yourself in patterns that are not serving you, desiring to work through trauma, and/or in need of support to cope with all that life can throw at you, I am here to support you. My clients tend to be more resilient than they realize, and I am here to help you utilize that strength. Together, we can process whatever it is you are dealing with presently, or have dealt with in the past, and develop tools to help you live the life you want to live, which you deserve. I offer individual psychotherapy to individuals 18+. I am trauma informed and passionate about supporting people of any ethnic, racial, cultural, and LGBTQIA+ identities. I use an integrative approach pulling from Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry (CI), CBT, DBT, Somatic and EMDR depending on the needs of each client. Therapy is a journey and you have already taken a huge step by searching for a therapist; and you deserve to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with. I provide a safe and supportive environment to allow space for self exploration, unpacking, processing, learning, growth, healing and relief. I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation call.
