Alisha Bentley Francis is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a mother of four. Mrs. Francis graduated from the University of Holy Cross College in 2012 with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling and School counseling. Mrs. Francis holds a license in Louisiana as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a board approved supervisor. Mrs. Francis is also a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator. She uses a couple's assessment that uses more than 12 question-types comprise the nearly 300 questions and ensures optimal results. Taking approximately 35 minutes for each person to complete separately, the assessment can be taken on virtually any device. The assessment will be used in the couple's sessions to help direct the conversation. Mrs. Francis has experience working with adolescents, adults, and the past 15+ years. Mrs. Francis specializes in solution-focused therapy and also cognitive behavioral therapy. Mrs. Francis has a passion for working with young female adults helping them to navigate through the requirements of young adulthood. Mrs. Francis also loves with adolescents in middle school who experience depression and anxiety. Mrs. Francis is willing and able to help you on your healing journey!
