Introduction
I collaborate with clients who are learning to express themselves honestly, while navigating through relational concerns. Clients report of feeling withdrawn or overly focus with their partner(s). When we work together, clients can learn new skills and tools in order to advocate for their personal needs in their relationship(s) and collaborate with their partner(s) on creating the relationship that they want together. My office is a judgement-free zone where individuals can advocate for themselves while coping with a wide range of roadblocks. Depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and difficulties with sexual intimacy are just a few of the everyday challenges that individuals work through in my office.
