Introduction
Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can and want to make a difference and help that struggling person. Now, take that thought and hold onto it for a moment... that is how I felt! In 2004, I started my journey in the helping field while helping people, and their families, that struggled with addictions. Since that time I have worked with a wide array of people with many different barriers, struggles, strongholds, and even people that just needed some direction. I have worked with children under three years old and people over 50 while empowering them to make changes or find their way through their circumstances. Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from therapy can make things better. My goal is to empower you!
