Having gone through the difficult journey of trauma and addiction myself, I understand the challenges it poses. Through my personal experience, I've found that a holistic and action-oriented approach can help. As a trauma and addiction specialist, I offer a non-12-step approach to address addiction. Furthermore, I provide the option of outdoor walk therapy.
