Introduction

Are you or your teen looking for a supportive and non-judgmental environment to explore feelings and navigate life transitions? If so, we might be a good fit! My specialties include anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, and stress management. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, including those on the autism spectrum, those with chronic conditions, college students, and young adults. I provide client-driven individual therapy to those who are seeking to grow and heal. Using a person-centered and warm approach through eclectic and science-backed methods, my goal is to help my clients meet their goals! Currently, I only accept Out-of-Network and self pay clients. New to Out-of-Network providers? Even if I don’t accept your insurance, you can still get your insurance to pay for your sessions using Out-of-Network coverage. You will pay me directly for sessions and I will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for your reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure that your plan includes Out-of-Network benefits.
