My clinical passion is rooted in supporting individuals who are struggling to manage symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or those of a loved one. She supports each client by mindfully being aware of their cultural context while deeply listening to their individual experiences. I primarily use a nervous system-informed and Somatic Internal Family Systems (Somatic IFS) approach to help my clients understand themselves and their layers while creating space for them to genuinely witness the many aspects of their internal world. I’ve been trained as a yoga therapist, thus often incorporating yogic philosophy and mindfulness in my work. With a trauma-informed and client-centered lens, I work to guide my clients to compassionately observe their stories, beliefs, experiences, and bodies to build a foundation of security within themselves for less reactivity and a greater sense of balance.
