As a clinical psychologist and retired military member, I’m dedicated to helping you get unstuck from difficult thoughts and feelings so you can reconnect with what matters to you and improve your overall quality of life. I specialize in treating trauma, mood problems, substance abuse, chronic illness, chronic pain, and end-of-life concerns. I use acceptance-based cognitive strategies to help you navigate challenges and move forward with your goals.
