Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with an array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression and trauma. I also have extensive experiencing working with individuals around challenges with self-esteem, self-harming and family/peer relationships. I am trained in Exposure Therapy and utilize CBT and Strength-Based strategies in my practice.
