Introduction

I work with individuals navigating life transitions and couples struggling with connection and communication. With a background in business leadership, I also enjoy addressing workplace-related therapy needs. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and a mindfulness-based approach, grounded in a systemic and holistic perspective. I'm also an experienced yoga and meditation teacher! I believe each of us has the inner strength and wisdom to overcome challenges and reach our potential. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative, guiding clients toward meaningful solutions. I love working with individuals and couples. I use a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy along with a mindfulness-based approach to help my clients achieve their goals. I have a calm grounding presence that creates a sense of ease and safety in the therapy room. I know being vulnerable with someone new can be challenging, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. If you’re facing life changes or relationship challenges, I’m here to help. Visit my website to learn more about my approach, and if it feels right, schedule a free consultation. You’ve got this, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!
