I am experienced, well trained and results oriented. Therapy with me is more than just talk. I go above traditional therapy and do Trauma processing, getting you to move forward and unstuck. I teach emotion regulation, personal effectiveness, relationship and coping skills. I am compassionate and non judgmental. I treat clients as people and never as "patients or someone who needs to be fixed." I use holistic approach and treat the whole person and not just symptoms. I have worked in Partial Hospitalization, Outpatient community clinic, Group therapy practices, Nursing homes, Inpatient Substance Abuse Treatment. Providing therapy since 2007.
