Introduction

I work with individuals on issues involving trauma, eating disorders, process addictions, and interpersonal/familial relationships. I worked for Heads-Up Guidance Services (HUGS), a nonprofit outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling center. I am experienced in working with clients that display symptoms related to: depression; anxiety; Bipolar Disorder; eating disorders; physical, emotional, and sexual abuse; trauma; panic disorder; and substance abuse. I contract with Resolve Strategies, providing outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We serve clients that experience process addictions and trauma-induced disordered eating. The Managing Director and Client Advocate of Resolve Strategies is Andrea Epting, LPC. If my experience fits your needs, feel free to contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation or an intake.
