Our approach is affirming of all identities and cultural backgrounds, and we strive to provide clients with trauma-informed services that create a strong sense of safety at every point of the mental health journey. We practice many therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Liberation-based healing and a variety of other integrative therapies to help our clients overcome challenges and obstacles that may be presenting.
