As a New Yorker living in Colorado, I am warm and outgoing with a no BS attitude. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has over 11 years of experience working with neurodivergent people including autistic humans and ADHDers. I also love working with other helpers such as therapists, educators and healthcare providers. I am especially skilled at supporting neurodivergent therapists. My approach is curious, compassionate, humorous, and direct. I strive to ensure that you feel heard, understood and supported. I also believe that you deserve guidance that is free of fluff and leave feeling like you received concrete next steps for your future endeavors. It is possible for you to be you to be your authentic self regardless of society’s expectations. You aren’t alone. You deserve to live a life that is fulfilling and meaningful to you.
