I specialize in pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationships, rigid thinking, sports performance anxiety, and traumas. We’ve all been there, struggling with a problem, not sure where to turn or what to do. I am here to help! I strive to create positive changes in every client's life by creating an environment that feels nurturing and safe so that you can explore experiences, fears, and other emotions that are preventing growth. My goal each session is for my clients to feel comfortable being their true authentic selves in my office. I also have a therapy support dog, Jack who loves to come with me to work! I am currently in training to be certified in EMDR.
