Introduction

When human beings experience trauma, loss or life stressors, it is not uncommon for our lives to unravel. Feeling stuck and getting unstuck can feel impossible at times. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through traumatic or stressful experiences. I help children, adults, and families to find new ways to manage life’s challenges. I provide emotional support, skills coaching, and guidance focusing on adjustment issues, significant life changes, anxiety, depression and other issues that can prevent you from living the life you want. I recognize that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Your story and your pain is unique to you. We will spend time understanding exactly what you are experiencing and why so that when you start making changes that improve your life, they stick. I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience providing counseling and crisis intervention services. I started my private practice to offer all people the support they need to navigate life. I want to make sure that you are able to do more than survive. I want you to be able to thrive!
