Hi, I'm Alexis. As someone who's navigated the challenges of parenthood firsthand, I'm here to support you in your own journey. My expertise lies in helping parents understand and manage the triggers that come with raising children. By exploring how past experiences shape your parenting, we can work together to unlock healing and growth. I'll guide you in staying present, regulating your emotions, and nurturing meaningful connections with your family. In a safe and non-judgmental space, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and develop tools to manage stress and anxiety. My goal is to empower you towards lasting change and a more fulfilling life. Additionally I trained in helping you support your anxious child as well as avoidant or restrictive with food intake (ARFID). I also am a neuro-affirm therapist who supports all brain types.
