Introduction

Accepting new clients! Howdy! I'm pre-licensed practicing under the supervision of Michelle Metzler. I primarily utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), incorporating Relational Cultural and Feminist theories into my work. My goal is to support you in developing a more robust, non-judgmental relationship with your emotions in order to gain a higher level of understanding and agency over your life. I love people and seeking joy in life and I believe that shows in my work - I use a gentle hand and warm relationship to help you challenge yourself to ask hard questions and gain insight. I truly believe that one of the most healing aspects of life are the connections we make, and I pride myself on imbuing love and compassion into the work that I do and into creating meaningful relationships with clients toward the goal of wellness. I work primarily with adult clients. I have a passion for working with LGBT+ individuals navigating identity development and individuals working through interpersonal struggles hoping to develop more effective ways of relating to themselves and others. I am also skilled at working with anxiety, anger management, increasing emotional insight and connection, and tackling self-harm. I am COVID Conscious and make every effort to support the physical wellness of all my clients. I am LGBT+, kink, and poly-friendly, and sex-positive. I accept Green Mountain Care/Medicaid, BlueCross BlueShield, MVP, United, and Cigna.
