My name is Alexis M. Westbrook, Psy.D. and I am honored that you are taking the time to view this page. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a graduate of The Illinois School of Professional Psychology. My experience includes providing psychological assessments, individual therapy (emerging adults and adults 25 years+), workshops, and consultation services. I conceptualize from psychodynamic, person-centered, and family systems perspectives. Much of my clinical work is informed from a multicultural lens. It is my belief that by incorporating all of one's identities into their therapeutic journey it allows for a holistic experience which allows them to be in tuned with how their identities may impact the feelings and/or experiences they bring forth in the therapeutic space. I believe that we are all experts within our own lives and the therapeutic process can be utilized to assist us all in reaching the personal goals we may set for ourselves.
