Hey, My name is Alexis, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) committed to providing holistic counseling that helps you improve overall wellness. I believe that you have individual strengths that can help you improve your overall wellness. My focus is to educate you about mental health issues and the disease of addiction to become better equipped to combat triggers that may worsen your substance use & mental health problems. If you are tired of addiction taking over your life, trying to cope with loved ones who are addicted, struggling with anxiety or depression that makes life more difficult, or trying to pick up the pieces from domestic abuse, I’m ready to listen to your concerns and help you achieve the goals you want to accomplish.We will work to establish a plan for change, coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, & create goals that will help you achieve the life you want to live.
