I have over 20 years of professional and clinical experience working in a variety of fields, such as the military, first responders, hospital/community chaplaincy, substance use inpatient/outpatient sites, collaborating with veteran's non-profits, private practice, etc. I am licensed in NC and SC and provide consulting and coaching services nationwide and globally. I utilize neuroscience-informed interventions and a trauma-focused approach to address and resolve the debilitating effects of trauma and grief. We will systematically work together to teach your brain how to respond to troubling events differently. My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, focusing on identifying trauma, grief, and distractions through a collaborative effort involving self-awareness and introspection. This process aims to change cognitive, emotional, and behavioral responses via specific, measurable, appropriate, and time-sensitive goals. I work with independent and goal-oriented individuals, and after initial targeted work, they prefer 'check-ins' over prolonged sessions.
