I specialize in helping people who are chronic overthinkers, worriers, catastrophizers, and controllers. I also love helping people learn skills to help manage depression, anxiety, and a variety of other issues. I am also receiving training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), a powerful treatment for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma and other issues. I also have training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, the preferred PTSD treatment for the US military. I know what it’s like to be lost, scared, and feel alone. I also know what it’s like to wish for help and not be able to access it. I never want anyone to feel that way, which is why I became a therapist.
