I work with people to feel more centered and maintain composure, even in the face of difficult circumstances. I can help you improve your quality of life, improve your relationships, and have greater self-awareness. I work with people to alleviate symptoms, target the root of the issue, and create deep, lasting, positive change. I am trained in evidenced-based modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy for individuals and couples (EFT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
