Alexandria Jinete is a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges and create meaningful change. She is an intern completing her Master's in mental health counseling at Pace University. Alexandria believes therapy is a journey of self-discovery. Throughout your sessions, she will walk alongside you as a compassionate guide. Her approach consists primarily of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, which creates an individualized experience for each client. She aims to create a nonjudgmental, comfortable space where you feel safe exploring and processing your emotions. She views therapy as a collaboration between client and counselor and will work with her clients to make tangible and positive changes. Alexandria is committed to providing an inclusive, nonjudgmental, and welcoming space to all individuals.
