Introduction

My name is Alexandria Grim or Lexy for short. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and owner of Breaking Free Counseling and Consulting Services. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and Spiritual counselor, I am passionate about the holistic treatment of mental health and offer a variety of traditional and non-traditional/integrative/complementary /alternative approaches to psychotherapy. Here at Breaking Free, we focus on holistic wellnyss that caters to the mind, body and spirit connection, treating them cohesively rather than as separate entities. I speciailize in working with traumatized, depressed and anxious minds, bodies and spirits. My philosophy to dis-ease and dis-orders is that all illnesses start in the subtle energy field/spiritual realm. With being an Energy Oriented Psychotherapist, it is my belief that only using approaches that cater to the mind/psyche but neglects the body, spirit/subtle energy field is a disservice and is only a bandaid. Here at Breaking Free we are all about getting to the root of the problem so real and sustained healing, growth and change can occur. Let me help you BE your best, whole self!
