Introduction

Being a human can be tough and life gets heavy sometimes, but you don't have to do it alone. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I can help you process these complicated feelings and find a way forward. I work with a variety of concerns and my primary areas of interest are: grief and loss, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and personality disorders, and life transitions. I utilize an eclectic approach, uniquely tailored to you, drawing from CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as incorporating mindfulness. While forward can feel scary or uncomfortable, that's where the changes happen. Together we can create a path that appreciates the truth of your past and remains soft and open to the hope of your future. I am honored to walk alongside you through your journey and offer you tools to carry on your way forward. I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance at this time. My rate for sessions is $125.
