Introduction

Hello! My name is Alex, founder of Embody Counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. I have experience working with a wide range of populations and concerns, however I find my therapy style is most compatible with adolescents, teens, and adults struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, body image, family/relationship issues, and trauma. I work from a strength-based perspective and use a blend of therapeutic techniques and interventions to individualize treatment. I look forward to working with you on your journey.
