Introduction

Hi, I’m Alex, a relational and holistic therapist who specializes in helping professionals and creatives overcome burnout, disconnection, and the emotional impacts of high-pressure environments. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, identity issues, and intimacy challenges, guiding them toward deeper self-understanding and healing. In addition to working with individuals, I also support couples, especially those navigating relational trauma or conflict. I’m trained in Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), an IFS-informed model that helps partners reconnect with greater compassion and clarity. My therapeutic toolkit includes EMDR, parts work, family systems, and polyvagal theory. I have extensive experience working with addiction, including porn and sex addiction, as well as developmental and medical trauma. Recently, I’ve been expanding my practice to include somatic therapy and nervous system regulation, focusing on how early attachment wounds and survival strategies shape how people show up in relationships and work. If you have clients in need of additional support with burnout, trauma recovery, addiction, or relational challenges, I’d love to collaborate with you to provide them with holistic, relational care that complements their healing journey.
