I work to help teens, adults, and families learn skills needed to manage anxiety, overcome depression, and implement new ways of managing stress rather than turning to harmful coping strategies. I am extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and utilize a DBT-informed approach. I have specialized DBT training designed to meet the unique needs of adolescents and families and enjoy working with teens and parents to increase understanding and improve communication.
