Introduction

My name is Alexandra and I'm so glad you've found my page! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Assured Peaceful Solutions Counseling, taking individual, couples, and family clients through telehealth. Since 2018, I have worked heavily with BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ clients, adolescents, young adults, and their families. From the first call to the last session, you will be treated with warmth and sincerity. You may be struggling in your relationships, having difficulties with your parents or children, or simply having a hard time finding the light in your life. With the work done in my therapeutic space, you will set the destination and I will be your GPS. I practice from an anti-oppressive framework using intergenerational, cognitive, humanistic, and narrative interventions. I strive to maintain trauma-aware and neurodivergent accessible services.
