With my experience working in community based mental health, I am trained to work with individuals of all ages along with being trained extensively in family based therapy. With this experience, I am qualified to help individuals struggling with a range of disorders including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma. With our work together, I plan to help you graduate from therapy with not only the tools and skills you need to navigate life; but feeling empowered enough to be confident in the healthier version of you.
