My purpose for providing therapy is to co- create a safe space to feel seen & heard, support those struggling with mental health challenges, heal from past trauma, learn skills to improve quality of life (cultivating self love, setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, establishing helpful coping skills, etc), navigate daily life stressors and life transitions.
