I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Rhode Island. I enjoy working with individuals and families who are looking for support to deal with the challenges of everyday life. Counseling is my second career, having originally worked as a high school teacher. I have a special interest in women's issues and am currently pursuing advanced training in perinatal mental health. I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment in which clients feel comfortable expressing their inner worlds. We’ll work together to identify areas of conflict in your life and partner to find effective ways to bring about lasting, positive changes. I offer a warm person-centered approach while integrating elements of behavioral modalities and mindfulness.
