I'm a therapist at the intersection of multiple identities (queer, non-binary, Japanese American, Jewish). I use mindfulness-based therapies to help clients live in the present moment and find liberation from the impact of family history and systemic discrimination. Using Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) we'll work together to find your existing inner strength and heal the parts of yourself that might show up in confusing ways. This shit is hard. But maybe it doesn't have to be.
