Introduction

I currently hold my LPC-MHSP license and I specialize in several areas including depression, OCD/anxiety, stress, and couples counseling. I enjoy working with individuals who are open to the therapy process and are willing to work toward goals. Please consider, this process is NOT a one-off session - it is a course of treatment whereby you need to be committed to change and healing towards a happy more grounded and integrated future. Therapy is something you engage in, not something you receive passively and while like most things in life that are incredibly difficult to do, they tend to be the most fulfilling. My hope is that by the time you have gone through the therapy process, you will have a clear understanding of exactly who you are, what your struggles are, what you need and what you want while becoming empowered to go out and build a joyous life worth living. Often times the most difficult aspects of therapy is taking a risk and trusting a process you may not be familiar with or haven't had the best success with. You are the main character in your life story and I'd be honored to walk with you through a few chapters. My hope is for you to take a leap of faith and start today. Right now!
