I specialize in working with shame, people-pleasing, perfectionism & self-criticism behaviors. I also specialize in grief/bereavement, trauma recovery and anxiety management. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapy and use DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). My work with clients is highly relational. Emotional safety & trust is the foundation for any growth or change to occur. Our process of learning new & unlearning old ways of thinking can take on many forms like laughing, grieving, celebrating, and reflecting. In my work with clients I like to find the balance of challenge and humor.
