Introduction

Empower Your Mind, Embrace Your Feelings! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York. In 2014, I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University. I've worked in different settings with individuals of all ages, whom had a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, family problems, addiction, and interpersonal relationship issues. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, person-centered and motivational interviewing in my sessions. I am skilled in individual counseling with a goal to create a warm and safe therapeutic space, for exploring thoughts and feelings, releasing emotion, gaining insight, developing skills, and building goals.
