I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to empowering you and accompanying you in your growth and self discovery journey. My work stems from a variety of approaches including Theraplay, sand tray, play therapy, CBT, DBT, Internal Family System, and EMDR. I design my strategies based on client's developmental age and preferred style of communication. I have over 15 years of experience working with toddlers, children, teenagers, and adults. My approach is trauma focused and culturally sensitive and I welcome all beliefs systems, religions, races, sexual orientations, and genders Services available also in Italian.
