Being a therapist is something I truly love! Helping others enhance their life and become better versions of themselves never gets old for me. I love the challenges and complexities the field of mental health brings, so I never want you to be scared of what you bring to the table. It's important to know that if you work with me, we do not just focus on the brain, you will learn about overall wellness, and the importance of mind-body connection. You will be challenged in new ways, but it will always be at a pace that is safe for you. Meeting clients where they are at is something that is very important me, there is NO one size fits all treatment.
