Introduction

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with kids, teens, young adults, and couples. Whether you're a parent trying to hold it together, a child struggling with big emotions, a teen feeling overwhelmed, a young adult facing change, or a couple trying to heal and reconnect, I offer a space that is safe, supportive, and grounded in empathy and compassion. Everyone deserves a space just for them, to process and grow through life's hardest moments, and to feel seen and heard. I hope to meet you right where you are at, and join you on your own personal growth journey of a more connected and grounded you. I specialize in helping individuals and families process and heal their emotions related to life's transitions and stressors. I have a strengths-based and client-centered integrated approach which is grounded in family systems theory, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and the Gottman method. I am so excited to join you on your journey. I'd be honored to support you.
