Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

Currently accepting new clients for teletherapy and outdoor sessions. My experience over the past decade has ranged from inpatient psychiatric hospitals, public schools in inner cities, outpatient clinics, to wilderness therapy with at risk youth. No matter what sort of challenge you may be facing, the road to happiness is not always smooth. We are often faced with difficult decisions and questions on how to achieve our goals. I want to help you get on the road to success by understanding what your goals are and finding concrete strategies to achieve them using a combination of evidenced based treatment models. I have experience working with all populations and diagnoses, however much of my focus of over the years has been with adolescents and families. Some of my areas of expertise include helping people overcome issues related to poor diet/health and engaging in exercise, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, parenting, life changes, and family conflict.
